If you just scouted him because he's your brother then that's your issue.
You can't just scout people because you like them... They gotta meet a certain standard. Yes, art is subjective, but there's a limit you gotta reach to be part of the portal. If you didn't, the portal would be filled with trash
But I'm going to assume your brother is good enough, but if the mods knew he was your brother they probably unscouted him anyway (mods are kinda mean)
